With over 20 years' experience in senior marketing and leadership roles across telecommunications and technology, including large blue-chip organisations, I've spent my career working in fast-moving environments where change is constant, priorities shift and decisions need to be made quickly.

As an executive coach, I work with people navigating exactly that kind of change — professionals stepping into newly promoted leadership roles and needing to find their footing fast, those going through career transitions and weighing up what's next, and people facing redundancy or organisational upheaval who need space to regroup and move forward with clarity.

I understand how difficult it can be to find the headspace to step back from the day-to-day, make sense of what's happening and work out what you really want — whether that's adjusting to a bigger role, rebuilding direction after a setback, or simply finding your way through a period of uncertainty.

That's what led me to coaching. I am a pre-ICF/EMCC accredited coach, developing my practice alongside my corporate experience. I create a space to pause, think things through and gain perspective — helping you find clarity, challenge your thinking and move forward with confidence, whatever change you're facing.

Sometimes you just need space to think.
