Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To ensure each coaching session receives the time and attention it deserves, sessions are booked in advance and confirmed by email. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least **24 hours’ notice**. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative time that suits you. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for a session, the session will generally finish at the originally agreed time. This ensures that scheduled sessions are respected for all clients. Payment Payment arrangements and fees will be agreed at the time of booking. Coaching packages will be payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms. What Coaching Is — and Isn’t Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that creates space for reflection, clarity, insight and action. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or a substitute for professional mental health support. Coaching focuses on your goals, choices and potential, with you remaining responsible for the decisions and actions you take. The Coaching Relationship Coaching is a collaborative relationship built on trust, openness and respect. My role is to provide a safe and confidential space, listen without judgement and offer challenge and perspective where appropriate.
