I’m Liz, a coach and mentor, who has spent over 20 years in telco and tech working in the areas of research, product, marketing and strategy to help organisations of all sizes turn customer insight and data into real, measurable growth. Working in fast paced environments, where change is the only constant, I have learnt that what delivers real sustainable growth is motivated and engaged individuals who work together as a team.

Creating and managing high performing teams brought me into the world of coaching and mentoring, which is an ongoing journey for me. I am passionate about working with executives and leaders in fast paced organisations who want to deliver susatinable growth through high performing individuals and teams.
